Great beer garden in the Neumarkt area. Beer is very tasty, inexpensive and still real craft. The snack is hearty and the sausage salad is highly recommended. In contrast to other recessions, I cannot agree with the negligence of the mask requirement. Hygiene and distance are still very important here. I've been to many other beer gardens during the Corona period and what was going on there is really negligent. Quite different in the Katzerer beer garden. Everyone wears a face mask, if not it is politely pointed out. We felt very comfortable in the natural beer garden and will be happy to come back.

Never seen such an unfriendly host. Would be a really nice beer garden. He doesn't see me anymore.

A very poor performance by an alcoholic & highly aggressive innkeeper forces me to my very first negative rating. Anyone who wants to be mobbed extremely weakly and without any reason by an alcoholized innkeeper is in good hands here. It is also very easy, it is best to take a longer look at the "innkeeper" and you have a silly saying and a threat on the table.

Strange! There is no distance rule at the beer table in the beer garden! The landlord has forced us that we have to sit at the same table with ten strange people. At first there were four of us at a distance, we all didn't want to leave anyone else between us. The innkeeper said in a very outrageous tone that one had been allowed to do this for weeks. Fortunately, we had just paid. But 2 gentlemen couldn't even wait this minute to leave and sat at a distance of less than 1 m from us. In the entrance area there is a wooden toilet house, where you should keep your distance according to the marking and mask. What sense does that make if you sit shoulder to shoulder without a mask with strangers for a much longer time at the table? And the app from the Bavarian State Ministry says that distance also applies in beer gardens. Such a cheek that the good beer and food in the beautiful surroundings were immediately forgotten! IN ADDITION: the note with my name and telephone number remained on the table and the next guests were entered directly below us. I don't think that's correct because of data protection. I have been to different places 20 times since Corona, but nothing like that has ever happened to me! Reservation not possible in advance!
